I still know exactly how I felt, when as a teenager I was awarded the “Bärenreiter Urtext Special Prize” and how I was then able to choose the sheet music I wanted with the accompanying voucher. My favourite works by Bach, Mozart and Schubert … Unforgettable!

It was a great pleasure to have also had Bärenreiter editions at my side during my last three CD productions most recently the wonderful new Couperin volumes.
