Withdrawal
To return one or more items, please use the withdrawal form on our website. You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days. It is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return
Pack the items to be returned carefully to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. Ideally, use the original transport packaging and please remove all old labels, especially barcodes and such like markings, from the packaging. Then attach the address label to the outside and send the parcel with a shipping service provider of your choice. Return shipping is at your own expense.

After we have received and inspected the returned items, we will initiate the refund or exchange process in accordance with our return policy. Processing your return and refunding the value of the goods may take up to 14 days.

Our General Terms and Conditions provide information on the exact and only legally binding provisions on cancellation and the cancellation period. Please note that digital items and special demand titles are excluded from cancellation and cannot be returned.
